Orange Crush 10U - Team News and Information

We'll be holding it for the 10U Crush travel team and are offering it to any other Crush travel player at the other age groups.

The combine will test, objectify, and give baseline info going into winter training for speed, agility, infield play, throwing velocity, hitting and pitching mechanics. You will be emailed your test outcomes as well as video of you hitting and pitching. I will also attach a series of photos of your swing and pitching mechanics bookmarked at critical points (stance, stride, contact, follow-through for hitting and stride, plant, etc. for pitching). Answering those that have asked and others that may ask- there is NO charge for the combine.

Please have the girls @ the complex @ 8:00 AM for team warm ups. Not sure which field we will use. Lets meet @ the concession stand.
Uniform, Orange Jersey, Black Pants, Black Socks, Black Under Armor. May be chilly in the morning!
