The tournaments will feature a 4-game guarantee (weather permitting) with 3 pool games on Saturday and single elimination on Sunday.
Individual and team trophies will be awarded to the first and second place finishers in each age group. If not already qualified, tournament winners will receive a bid to the PONY Tournament of Champions.
All games will be held at the Midway Millcreek Road, Delcastle Recreational Center or Skyline Middle School.
The tournament fee is $400.00 and must be received at the time of application. Official entry will be based upon receipt of registration form and entry fee. Teams must register for these tournament through the PONY website www.pony.org
Teams must be PONY registered, have PONY patches and appropriate insurance. Rosters must be official Travel Select signed rosters from the PONY website. Rosters will be verified at check-in and you must have all birth certificates.
Refund Policy for Team Cancellations
· Team cancellations received after these dates will be subject to a $50 fee:
10U & 12U–April 1, 14U-April 8, 16U-April 15, 18U-April 22.
· Team cancellations received after these dates will be subject to a $100 fee:
10U & 12U-May 6, 14U-May 13, 16U-May 20, 18U-May 27.
No refunds will be issued if
cancellation notification is received after these
dates:
10U & 12U–May 20, 14U–May 27, 16U–June 3, 18U-June 10.
Refund policy for tournament / game cancellations
· 0 games played = $300 refund
· 1 game played = $200 refund
· 2 games or more games played = No Refund
Determination of cancellation or format modification is at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
